Claudia Di Iorio has developed recognized expertise working in renowned law firms and as legal counsel for companies in various sectors. Focusing primarily on civil and commercial litigation, employment law, and business law, she excels in negotiating and managing complex disputes.
With an MBA in International Management from ESCP Business School, Me Di Iorio combines her legal skills with a strategic approach, helping companies navigate business law challenges while fostering growth. Her experience on several boards of directors has allowed her to play a key role in governance and public administration. As a director on the board of the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) since 2017, she has acquired solid expertise in governance management, contributing to the supervision of strategic projects, the management of large funds, and the optimization of administrative processes.
Ms. Di Iorio has also worked as a legal consultant for technology companies, where she oversaw compliance with regulations such as GDPR, while creating contractual models that increased profit margins.
